COMMUNITY NALOXONE PARTNERSHIP: The Methuen Human Services Division is excited to announce their partnership with the Community Naloxone Program (CNP) with the State of Massachusetts. Naloxone (also known by the brand name Narcan) is a life-saving medication that can quickly restore the breathing of a person experiencing an opioid overdose. This means that residents will have FREE access to Narcan. Narcan and "Narcan Kits" are being distributed at Methuen Community Resource Center located at 1 Broadway, Methuen MA.
